You may terminate your Membership at any time with immediate effect by serving written or electronic notice on TrulySomeone. Should you object to any provision of the terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of the Service and notify TrulySomeone of termination.

TrulySomeone may terminate your Membership at any time by serving 1 days notice of termination on you, or immediately if you have breached these terms and conditions.

Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and you acknowledge and agree that TrulySomeone may immediately delete the files in your account, bar any further access to such files or the Service.

Upon termination of this Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid to TrulySomeone.

TrulySomeone shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your Membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions and any modifications hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, as to such subject matter (except for fraudulent misrepresentations). You agree that TrulySomeone has the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of its obligations under these terms and conditions. You shall not, without TrulySomeones prior written consent, assign these terms and conditions.
